SignalATM reserves the right to reject and/or report any suspicious spam emails, to the authorities concerned, for necessary action, from time to time.
  23. SignalATM reserves the right to disclose any personal information about you and your use of the Site including its contents, without your prior permission for its own uses or others. Any information provided by the User will be shared with any third party as per discretion of SignalATM for running the website. We reserve the right to use the information to provide the User a more personalized online experience.

We reserve the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of this Agreement and to take any action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third-parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to your profile, email address, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information.

SignalATM website may contain widgets, charts, hyperlinks, images of third party or website and any visit by you to the third-party website is not governed by SignalATM privacy policy or terms of use.     28. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Republic of India and the courts at PUNE shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to entertain and try any matter arising out of this Agreement or any agreement(s) there under, without regard to conflicts of law principles thereof. This is the case regardless of whether you reside or transact business with SignalATM anywhere else in the world.

In case of any dispute may arise, you agree that you shall refer the dispute for resolution through arbitration proceeding under the Sole arbitrator appointed from the Panel of Arbitrator of SignalATM. The seat of arbitration is in the city of Pune, Republic of India. All the arbitration proceeding to resolve the dispute will be carried out as per the Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996 as amended up-to-date. The Arbitration Award will be final and binding on you.

    30. Termination

  30. On nonconformance by users of any of the aforesaid terms, SignalATM may in its sole discretion, restrict or terminate the offending User's ability to access the Site and determine whether to take any other actions whether to remove or request the removal of the User’s content. SignalATM shall have no liability or responsibility whatsoever to Users for performance or nonperformance of such activities.
  31. If any part of these Terms and Conditions are held unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

By using the Site, you agree to the abovesaid terms and be bound by all conditions concerning your use of the Site. Certain areas of the Site may have different terms of use posted for a specific area of the Site. By registering, you agree to the following terms in addition to any other specific terms which shall be posted at an appropriate location of the Site.

As long as you comply with these Service Agreement, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Website.

For the purpose of the Service Agreement below, the term "We", "Us", "Our" shall mean SignalATM while "You" or "User" shall mean any natural or legal person wherever the context so requires and who has agreed to use “Trader” as a service provided by SignalATM over its platform i.e. website/application/mobile app by providing getting registered using the computer systems and accessing information with Trader as a Role.

You understand and agree that SignalATM may discontinue or change the Services at any time, without notice. You also understand and agree that SignalATM may discontinue or restrict your use of the Services for any reason without notice.

Acceptance of Agreement

Your use of our Website constitutes your binding acceptance and compliance of these Terms, including any modifications that we make. If you wish to become a Member or make use of the Service, you must read and agree to this Agreement in addition to the website Terms of Use agreed upon while registration and login.

    Subscription

  1. Upon selecting a role, User agrees to provide all information in English. The User shall provide true information about himself upon selecting any role. Following the role selection, the User display name is available to the public in his Profile.
  2. For the sake of convenience, the Signal related Information is hereinafter called the Trading Signal. User by accepting to these terms agrees to Subscribe to the available services “AS-IS” basis without any warranties.
  3. If you wish to make purchases or Subscribe from an area of the Site, you may be asked to supply certain information, including credit card, debit card, or other payment mechanism information. You agree not to hold SignalATM liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any such dealings. You agree that all information you provide in connection with such purchase will be accurate, complete and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by use of your credit card, debit card, or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred including applicable taxes relating to any purchases you make. SignalATM never stores your credit or debit card information on our systems. Instead, we work with credit or debit card payment processors who are certified under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
  4. Subscription to a User plan is an offer to the public to receive Signals Service on www.signalatm.com. Only the registered Users are allowed to subscribe these Services. The Subscription to a Plan implies that the User understands all risks involved and takes full responsibility for using Signal related information in his own trading account independent of SignalATM for the implementation of Trading Signals.
  5. Subscription fees shall be paid via the Payment System options available on www.signalatm.com. All fees so paid will be non-refundable in nature. Please also refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for more details.
  6. Upon successful payment confirmation, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access the Site and avail the services provided by SignalATM on the Site. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Unauthorized use of the materials appearing on the Site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws, and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
  7. SignalATM also provides for Subscription based services that are auto-renewed at the end of your chosen subscription plan. Your consent for auto-renewal is explicitly taken at the Payment Checkout page when you subscribe to a plan. The auto-renewal of the subscription is based on the Plan price excluding any offers, discount or promotion pricing which is specified to you before the payment checkout. The auto-renewal is charged by the third-party payment gateway via the same payment method (credit card, debit card etc) whose information is provided by you at the time of previous payment. We do not store any credit card, cvv or any payment sensitive information.

    You can cancel the auto-renewal of subscription, by informing us at least 48hours in advance, before the expiry of your current subscription plan. You can write to contact@signalatm.com from your registered email address or can "raise a ticket" by logging on www.signalatm.com.
  8. We may offer you free trials, to try a Subscription Based Services subscription without charge or any obligation (“Free Trial”). We reserve the right to limit you to one free trial or revoke any promotion of a Subscription Based Services and/or prohibit the combining of free trials or any other promotional offers.
  9. You shall be responsible for all access and service fees necessary to connect to the Site and assume all charges incurred by you for use of such connectivity services. The liability of SignalATM, its officers, directors or employees, to you or any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the amount of money you transferred to SignalATM to buy or purchase any Subscription plan under various offerings

SignalATM is only an aggregator and is facilitating display of Financial Market specific Signal Information from various Signal Providers. SignalATM does not create any Trading Signals or market specific related information from its own for the Users. Signal Information is provided so that Traders can choose one among the other as per their need and strategy. User is free to choose any Signal Information from one or more Signal Provider or not opt any services from any Service Providers. There is no compulsion by SignalATM whatsoever. User on his/her own free will can exercise the available options that may depend on their objective, available time, level of activity, desired level of control, and respective personal risk profile.

SignalATM shall not be liable for any loss(es) of the users if he/she execute trades on the basis of Signal related information provided by Signal Provider on our platform. note, Trading involves high risk of losing your money. Any Signal related information provided shall be for information purposes only. Signals are no guarantee of any profits or wins and using signals is on the client's own risk.

SignalATM does not make any representation or Warranty as to specifics (such as any kind of Signal information accuracy, etc) of the Signal Provider on the Website nor does it implicitly or explicitly support or endorse any Signal Information. SignalATM makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Signal Information furnished by the Signal Provider.     Empanelment

SignalATM take all reasonable steps to make ensure that credible users get registered with us as Signal Providers through an empanelment process and then only facilitate Signal Services to the Traders. The user is onboarded as Signal Provider based on performance criteria as defined by SignalATM that is explicitly mentioned during the Empanelment process. These criteria are subjected to changes and we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, add or remove portions of these criteria periodically without any prior written notice to you. It is your responsibility to review them for updates / changes. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the revisions.
  2. The Signal Provider shall make every effort for a failure free transmission of his Trading Signals. Each Signal Provider can view the list of his Signals in "Signals" section on the of the website. The Provider shall not use spam to promote Signals on website and/or via third-party services. Upon detection of spam, the Provider's Role will be blocked and all his or her Signals will be removed.

    3. Signal Service

As a Signal Provider you need to ensure that the Signals created and displayed on www.signalatm.com are not purchased, rented, copied or borrowed, from any other sources including Signal information on www.signalatm.com provided by other registered Signal Providers with SignalATM. You certify that Signal Information displayed is all original and not borrowed or copied from any other third-party sources. You are responsible for the display of Signal information on www.signalatm.com and accountable for the results it generates.
  4. The Website is a Marketplace for Traders and Signal Providers for exchanging Signal related information. SignalATM is only an aggregator and is facilitating display of Financial Market specific Signal Information from various Signal Providers. SignalATM does not create any Trading Signals or market specific related information from its own for the Users. Signal Information is provided so that Traders can choose one among the other as per their need and strategy. User is free to choose any Signal Information from one or more Signal Provider or not opt any services from any Service Providers. There is no compulsion by SignalATM whatsoever. Trader on his/her own free will can exercise the available options that may depend on their objective, available time, level of activity, desired level of control, and respective personal risk profile.
  5. SignalATM shall not be liable for any loss(es) of the Trader if he/she execute trades on the basis of Signal related information provided by Signal Provider on our platform.
  6. SignalATM does not make any representation or Warranty as to specifics (such as any kind of Signal information accuracy, etc) of the Signal Provider on the Website nor does it implicitly or explicitly support or endorse any Signal Information. SignalATM makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Signal Information furnished by the Signal Provider. You are responsible for your own performance, reviews and ratings and agree to maintain a minimum performance standard as set by signal quality criteria by SignalATM. In case, you fail to meet defined standard, you are responsible to reach upto the mark by providing more signals of high-quality meeting the performance criteria.

The User shall alone be responsible for all his acts, deeds and things and that he alone shall be liable for civil and criminal liability there under or under any other law for the time being in force. You will be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place using your account. Use the Service without violating any applicable law or regulation. You represent and warrant that you are fully able and competent to enter into, and abide by this Agreement.

SignalATM does not endorse or approve the Market Information, and we make it available to you only as a service and information for your own convenience. SignalATM do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness or correct sequencing of the Signal Information, or warrant any results from your use or reliance on this Information. Trading Signal Information may quickly become unreliable for various reasons including, for example, changes in market conditions or economic circumstances. Neither SignalATM is obligated to update any information or opinions contained in any Market Information, and we may discontinue offering Market Information at any time without notice. You agree that neither SignalATM nor its associated Partners will be liable in any way for the termination, interruption, delay or inaccuracy of any Markets Information.

    14. Subscription

  14. Upon selecting a role, User agrees to provide all information in English. The User shall provide true information about himself upon selecting any role. Following the role selection, the User display name is available to the public in his Profile. For the sake of convenience, the Signal related Information is hereinafter called the Trading Signal. User by agreeing to the terms and conditions agrees to Subscribe to the available services “AS-IS”
  15. If you wish to Subscribe from an area of the Site, you may be asked to supply certain information, including credit card, debit card, or other payment mechanism information. You agree not to hold SignalATM liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any such dealings. You agree that all information you provide in connection with such purchase will be accurate, complete and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by use of your credit card, debit card, or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred including applicable taxes relating to any purchases you make. SignalATM never stores your credit or debit card information on our systems. Instead, we work with credit or debit card payment processors who are certified under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
  16. Subscription to a User plan is an offer to the public to receive Signal Service on www.signalatm.com. Only the registered Users are allowed to subscribe these Services. The Subscription to a Plan implies that the User understands all risks involved and takes full responsibility for using Signal related information.
  17. Subscription fees shall be paid via the Payment System options available on www.signalatm.com. All fees so paid will be non-refundable in nature.
  18. Upon successful payment confirmation, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access the Site and avail the services provided by SignalATM on the Site. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Unauthorized use of the materials appearing on the Site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws, and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
  19. SignalATM also provides for Subscription based services that are auto-renewed at the end of your chosen subscription plan. Your consent for auto-renewal is explicitly taken at the Payment Checkout page when you subscribe to a plan. The auto-renewal of the subscription is based on the Plan price excluding any offers, discount or promotion pricing which is specified to you before the payment checkout. The auto-renewal is charged by the third-party payment gateway via the same payment method (credit card, debit card etc) whose information is provided by you at the time of previous payment. We do not store any credit card, cvv or any payment sensitive information.

    You can cancel the auto-renewal of subscription, by informing us at least 48 hours in advance, before the expiry of your current subscription plan. You can write to contact@signalatm.com from your registered email address or can "raise a ticket" by logging on www.signalatm.com.
  20. You shall be responsible for all access and service fees necessary to connect to the Site and assume all charges incurred by you for use of such connectivity services. You understand and agree that SignalATM may discontinue or change the Services at any time, without notice. You also understand and agree that SignalATM may discontinue or restrict your use of the Services for any reason without notice.

Acceptance of Agreement

Your use of our Website constitutes your binding acceptance and compliance of these Terms, including any modifications that we make. If you wish to become a Member or make use of the Service, you must read and agree to this Agreement in addition to the website Terms of Use agreed upon while registration and login.

    Widget Usage

  1. The broker can purchase the widget keys in bulk or for a single user
  2. Any unique Widget Key assigned is for single-user access only and cannot be used for Web Scraping purposes
  3. In case a suspicious Web Scraping activity is observed on a specific key, the users access to this key will be restricted
  4. For subscribing to the monthly Signal API / Web Scraping License, please contact, vipclient@signalatm.com

    5. Access Keys Pack

  5. Access Keys Pack consists of Number of Access Keys or Unique Codes that Brokers can purchase and these are reflected in the Broker Account after the requisite payment is confirmed.
  6. Access keys grants permission to its holder an unlimited access to SignalATM website and use all the Signal information on real—time basis for the specific validity period
  7. Access keys are valid for a specific validity period as per the purchased Pack and it lapses upon completion of the validity period
  8. Brokers can make use of the Access Key in following ways:
    1. Can distribute to their Clients (Intended recipients) via Email (Outside of SignalATM website)
    2. Can share the common link with the Clients created for Signal access in neutral environment. One “Key Unused” will be marked as “Key Used” upon accessing the link from a unique IP Address.
  9. Broker is responsible to assign the Access Keys to his intended recipients. Access key are unique in nature and should be assigned to unique Clients. If the intended recipient has not used the key for a long time, Broker can re-assign it to a other client.
  10. Broker can check the usage reports for each of the Access Keys Pack and subsequent usage of the signal information accessed by its clients.

    11. User Content

  11. “User Content” means any and all information and content that You submit to, or use with, the Services (e.g., Your banners for advertisements). You are solely responsible for Your User Content. You assume all risks associated with the use of Your User Content, including any reliance on its accuracy, completeness or usefulness by others, or any disclosure of Your User Content that makes You or any third party personally identifiable.
  12. You hereby represent and warrant that: (a) You are the owner of the User Content, or have sufficient rights and authority thereto; and (b) Your User Content does not violate these Terms and Conditions; and (c) your User Content does not contain any virus, adware, spyware, worms, or other harmful or malicious code. You alone are responsible for Your User Content.
  13. SignalATM is not obligated to backup any User Content and User Content may be deleted at any time. You are solely responsible for creating backup copies of Your User Content.
  14. By posting or uploading User Content to the Services, you hereby grant, and represent and warrant that You have the right to grant, to SignalATM an irrevocable, nonexclusive, royalty-free and fully paid, worldwide license to reproduce, distribute, publicly display and perform, prepare derivative works of, incorporate into other works, and otherwise use Your User Content, and to grant sublicenses of the foregoing. You agree to irrevocably waive (and cause to be waived) any claims and assertions of moral rights or attribution with respect to User Content.
  15. If You provide SignalATM any feedback or suggestions regarding the Services (“Feedback”), You hereby assign to SignalATM all rights in the Feedback and agree that SignalATM shall have the right to use such Feedback and related information in any manner it deems appropriate. SignalATM will treat any Feedback You provide to Company as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You agree that You will not submit to SignalATM any information or ideas that You consider to be confidential or proprietary.
  16. SignalATM reserves the right (but have no obligation, except as and to the extent required by applicable law) to review any User Content, investigate, and/or take appropriate action against You in its sole discretion (including removing or modifying Your User Content, terminating Your account, and/or reporting You to law enforcement authorities).
  17. Each Services user is solely responsible for any and all of its User Content. SignalATM does not control User Content, nor shall SignalATM be responsible for any User Content. SignalATM makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, currency, suitability, or quality of any User Content. Your interactions with other Services users are solely between You and such user. You agree that SignalATM will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred as the result of any such interactions. If there is a dispute between You and any user, SignalATM is under no obligation to become involved in its resolution or in any other manner whatsoever.

    18. Signal Service

  18. The Signals created and displayed on www.signalatm.com are not purchased, rented, copied or borrowed, from any other sources including Signal information on www.signalatm.com provided by other registered Signal Providers with SignalATM. You certify that Signal Information displayed is all original and not borrowed or copied from any other third-party sources. You are responsible for the display of Signal information on www.signalatm.com and accountable for the results it generates.
  19. The Website is a Marketplace for Traders and Signal Providers for exchanging Signal related information. SignalATM is only an aggregator and is facilitating display of Financial Market specific Signal Information from various Signal Providers. SignalATM does not create any Trading Signals or market specific related information from its own for the Users. Signal Information is provided so that Traders can choose one among the other as per their need and strategy. User is free to choose any Signal Information from one or more Signal Provider or not opt any services from any Service Providers. There is no compulsion by SignalATM whatsoever. Trader on his/her own free will can exercise the available options that may depend on their objective, available time, level of activity, desired level of control, and respective personal risk profile.
  20. SignalATM shall not be liable for any loss(es) of the Trader if he/she execute trades on the basis of Signal related information provided by Signal Provider on our platform.
  21. SignalATM does not make any representation or Warranty as to specifics (such as any kind of Signal information accuracy, etc) of the Signal Provider on the Website nor does it implicitly or explicitly support or endorse any Signal Information. SignalATM makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Signal Information furnished by the Signal Provider. You are responsible for your own performance, reviews and ratings and agree to maintain a minimum performance standard as set by signal quality criteria by SignalATM. In case, you fail to meet defined standard, you are responsible to reach upto the mark by providing more signals of high-quality meeting the performance criteria.
  22. The User shall alone be responsible for all his acts, deeds and things and that he alone shall be liable for civil and criminal liability there under or under any other law for the time being in force. You will be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place using your account. Use the Service without violating any applicable law or regulation. You represent and warrant that you are fully able and competent to enter into, and abide by this Agreement.
  23. The content of this Website/Application/App is intended to convey general trading related signal information only. SignalATM does not endorse or approve the Market Information, and we make it available to you only as a service and information for your own convenience. SignalATM do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness or correct sequencing of the Signal Information, or warrant any results from your use or reliance on this Information. Trading Signal Information may quickly become unreliable for various reasons including, for example, changes in market conditions or economic circumstances. Neither SignalATM is obligated to update any information or opinions contained in any Market Information, and we may discontinue offering Market Information at any time without notice. You agree that neither SignalATM nor its associated Partners will be liable in any way for the termination, interruption, delay or inaccuracy of any Markets Information

You will not "deep-link", redistribute or facilitate the redistribution of any of Trading Signal Information on the website, nor will you provide access to Trading Signals Information to anyone who is not authorized by SignalATM to receive such Signal Information without permission from SignalATM.
  25. Signal ATM is NOT part of any Online Copy Trading Signal Platforms. Providing the signals is the sole discretion of the user subscribing to the Services being offered.
  26. In no event shall SignalATM, its employees, officers, directors, affiliates, agents or licensors be liable to you or to any third party or to anyone else for any kind of financial loss, lost profits, any special, incidental or consequential damage or any other similar damage or any other loss or injury, resulting directly or indirectly from use of the site, caused in whole or part by its negligence or contingencies beyond its control in procuring, compiling, interpreting, reporting or delivering the site and any content on the site. While all information provided as Signal Service is believed to come from you Signal ATM does not guarantee the accuracy, correctness, or completeness of Signal information provided and made available by you on this Service platform. Signal ATM will not be liable for your acts or omissions with regards to delay or non-delivery of the Signals.

SignalATM takes no responsibility for, nor does it endorse or recommend, any third-party advertisements or sponsorships which are posted on the Website or through the Service, nor does it take any responsibility for the goods, services or content provided by its advertisers. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Website is accurate and complies with applicable laws. You will not hold SignalATM or affiliates responsible for the illegality or any error, inaccuracy or problem with the advertisement or sponsorship.

    34. User Information

  34. SignalATM checks user’s identity documents and Bank account details related documents as applicable. While you agree to maintain and promptly update the Personal details related information, submitted documents, and any other information you ensure to keep all of these accurate, current and complete. SignalATM reserve the right to block the access to your Account based on our inability to confirm the authenticity of these Credentials provided by you.
  35. The License granted under these Terms and Conditions will terminate if SignalATM believes that any information provided by you is no longer current or accurate, or if you fail to otherwise comply with any term or condition of this service agreement and all rules and guidelines for each of the Services. SignalATM may reject the registration of the User without giving any reason. SignalATM may, at any time, revoke the status as a user without giving any reason.
  36. The user also undertakes that the content provided by him/her is not defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful. The User shall alone be responsible for all his acts, deeds and things and that he alone shall be liable for civil and criminal liability there under or under any other law for the time being in force. You will be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place using your account. Use the Service without violating any applicable law or regulation. You represent and warrant that you are fully able and competent to enter into, and abide by this Agreement.
  37. SignalATM also share your personal information, if necessary, to i) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; ii) protect and defend the rights or property of SignalATM; iii) enforce the Terms of Use; or iv) act to protect the interest of its members or others.

By impliedly or expressly accepting the above Service Terms, you also accept and agree to be bound by SignalATM Policies as amended from time to time. This Agreement is for an indefinite term and you understand and agree that you are bound by such terms. Any terms and conditions proposed by you which are in addition to, or which conflict with these Terms and Conditions are expressly rejected by the Company and will have no force or effect. If, at any time, you do not wish to accept the Terms and Conditions, you shall not use the Site.

While you sign in as a user of this Website/Application/App and Subscribe to any Plans, you fully understand & acknowledge that
